Vintage and Pre-0wned SEIKO timepieces

Few brands in vintage watchmaking balance innovation and integrity like Seiko. From pioneering dive watches to early automatic chronographs, the brand’s back catalog is a study in purposeful design and technical ambition.

Our vintage Seiko collection highlights the icons and the cult favorites alike — honest, character-rich pieces that capture Seiko at its most inventive and enduring.

Seiko didn’t just challenge the status quo — it quietly rewrote it.

THE SEIKO STORY

For over 140 years, Seiko has been cranking out innovative, impeccably engineered watches at nearly every price point imaginable — from entry-level Seiko 5s to world-class haute horlogerie under the Grand Seiko banner. At the core of it all: reliable, mass-produced in-house movements paired with an almost endless range of case shapes, dial textures, and functional configurations.

Founded in 1881 by clockmaker and businessman Kintarō Hattori in Tokyo under the name “K. Hattori,” the company began by importing and selling Western timepieces in Japan. By 1892, Hattori had established Seikosha — “house of exquisite workmanship” — laying the foundation for what would become Seiko in 1924.

After World War II, during which the company produced watches for the Japanese military, Seiko entered a defining stretch of innovation built around affordable, fully in-house calibers and distinctly Japanese savoir faire. And it was in the decades that followed — the 1960s through the 1980s — that Seiko reshaped the modern watch industry.
