The Patek Philippe Nautilus may dominate conversations about the maison's sports watches, but it wasn't the only answer Patek Philippe offered in the 1990s.

Introduced in 1996 alongside the Aquanaut, the Neptune represented a different interpretation of the luxury sports watch. Rather than borrowing Gérald Genta's porthole-inspired architecture, the Neptune forged its own identity through a rounded case, sculpted crown guards, a distinctive fluted bezel, and one of the most intricate integrated bracelets Patek Philippe has ever produced. Overshadowed for years by its more famous siblings, it has quietly become one of the manufacture's most intriguing modern references.

This Reference 5080/1A features a 36mm stainless steel case with integrated crown guards, a signed crown, sapphire crystal, and the collection's signature fluted bezel. Its black dial strikes a balance between elegance and sportiness, pairing applied quadrant Roman numerals with polished baton markers, luminous feuille hands, a central chemin de fer minute track, and a framed date aperture at three o'clock.

Powering the watch is Patek Philippe's self-winding Calibre 315, a movement renowned for its slim profile, reliability, and refined finishing. Completing the package is the beautifully engineered integrated stainless steel bracelet, secured by a signed deployant clasp whose construction is every bit as impressive as the case itself.

Most of our products are on hand and will ship directly from our headquarters in New York City. In some cases, watches will be shipped directly from one of our authorized partners.

We generally ship our products via FedEx, fully insured, within 5 business days of purchase. An adult signature is required for receipt of all packages for insurance purposes. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. We are also happy to hand deliver your purchase in Manhattan or you may pick it up at our showroom.

Returns must be sent overnight or by priority international delivery, fully insured and paid for by the customer. A restocking fee may apply. Watches must be returned in the same condition as initially shipped.
