Why We Love it

Why We Love it
–The Nautilus is without question one of the great horological icons of the 1970s, and one of the most in-demand timepiece models on the planet.
Collectors and prospectors alike are clamoring to get their hands on Genta's second great luxury sports watch, and with the 5711 having been discontinued in steel, this dramatic rise in popularity shows no signs of slowing down.
The 5711 is undoubtedly one of the most talked about references in the modern era--- a staple of Patek's collections and one of the pieces that most ushered in the current era of the stainless steel sports watch. Measuring a comfortable 40mm with a ultra slim case, this piece combines sporty proportions with the slim wearability of Patek's ultra thin dress pieces to get one of the best-wearing and most beautiful sports pieces on the market.
The Nautilus has become a true piece of horological history — an icon of icons, it must be experienced to be believed!

+Owning a Patek Philippe is for many the ultimate goal of timepiece collecting, and for a certain type, the only timepieces they collect. Whichever way you look at it, there is no questioning the elegance of design, superlative manufacture of their cases and movements, or the sheer elegance and emotion that comes from owning one.
Of course for a brand that is steeped in heritage, we are told ‘You never actually own a Patek Philippe…”
Well, you know the rest.
