Conceived of by none other than Ferdinand Alexander ‘Butzi’ Porsche — the creator of the legendary 911 — the original Porsche Design Chronograph from Orfina has since become a horological icon. And though that watch was recently reissued as the Chronograph 1, there are other, more contemporary timepieces within the Porsche Design catalog that are equally worthy of your attention.

Take this Porsche Design Chronotimer, for example: a handsome, thoroughly modern, automatic chronograph, it’s the sort of watch that begs to be paired with a fast sports car — particularly with a 911. Housed in a 42mm black ceramic case with a sapphire crystal, a signed ceramic crown, ‘piston’ pushers, and a smooth, black tachymeter bezel with white printing, it features a luminous, gloss black dial with recessed sub-registers, an outer, printed white minute scale, applied hour indices, a lumed ‘sword’ handset, and a date window at 4:30. 

Powered by the automatic Porsche Design Calibre WERK 01.100 based on the ETA 7750 — which is visible via a sapphire exhibition caseback — it comes paired to a signed, black leather strap with a black ceramic pin buckle. It even includes its factory goodies.

Most of our products are on hand and will ship directly from our headquarters in New York City. In some cases, watches will be shipped directly from one of our authorized partners.

We generally ship our products via FedEx, fully insured, within 5 business days of purchase. An adult signature is required for receipt of all packages for insurance purposes. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. We are also happy to hand deliver your purchase in Manhattan or you may pick it up at our showroom.

Returns must be sent overnight or by priority international delivery, fully insured and paid for by the customer. A restocking fee may apply. Watches must be returned in the same condition as initially shipped.
