We at analog/shift would like to extend our heartfelt support and well-wishes for everyone along the Eastern Seaboard who was affected by Hurricane/Tropical Storm Sandy. As a New York-based operation, we have certainly witnessed a fair amount of damage in the city; however, we are already seeing New Yorkers and Tri-State residents do what they do best: checking-in on neighbors, friends, loved ones and lending a helping hand whenever possible. Gotta love this town!

To our customers: we are currently delayed with shipments due to a city-wide shutdown of all bridges, tunnels and mass transit. However, we should be up and running soon (within a few days), and rest assured, expediting your recent purchases will be our first priority.

To kick off our launch, I want to take a minute and personally thank you for stopping by to check out our new venture.  My partners and I are passionate about vintage watches – not just for collecting, but for wearing and enjoying on a daily basis.  As fashion trends eschew glitz and glamour in favor of authentically produced apparel and accessories, we are excited to see vintage wristwatches become popular once again.  More of them will be saved, cared for, and restored properly, instead of getting pillaged for parts or precious metals.  But more importantly, they will be appreciated as art, worn, and enjoyed as they were always intended.   

It has often been said that you can tell a lot about a person by what they wear on their wrist, and never has it been more true than with vintage timepieces.   Wearing a vintage watch on your wrist speaks volumes about what you value.   It’s not about the money – it’s not about the bling.  It’s about the history, the design, and the feeling you get by simply putting one on.   

Every month we will bring you a new selection of curated timepieces available for purchase through our website.  Each one of these pieces is hand selected and checked over by a professional watchmaker, to ensure authenticity and quality.   We operate on one simple principle: When it comes to selecting our inventory, we won’t offer anything we wouldn’t buy ourselves!
